Dr. Ellis NamOrthopedic Surgery
A Chicago local, Dr. Ellis Nam completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in 1993. He continued on to earn his M.D., and complete a General Surgery Internship as well as an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Northwestern Medical School. Furthering his studies, Dr. Nam completed a Fellowship at Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Los Angeles, CA where he focused on a sub-specialty in minimally invasive athroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee, and ankle.
Dr. Nam has extensive experience in sports related injuries, having served as a Team Physician for the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Wolves Ice Hockey Teams. His research includes an extensive list of publications in the field of Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Musculoskeletal Disorders.
