Healthy Cake Recipe Brownie

Ingredients
100g dried plums
100g dried apricots
100g of whole walnuts
100g whole hazelnuts
1 tablespoon raisins soaked in rum
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
200g sugar
250g plain flour
5 large apples (may not be sweet)
1 packet of baking powder

Preparation
In a large bowl put plums, apricots, walnuts, hazelnuts and raisins soaked in rum (not cutting anything). Add the sugar and cinnamon, and stir well (manually). Then grate the apples into the mixture and stir again. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Stir with a wooden spoon or by hand, if there is too much liquid, add more flour. You should be able to put mixture with a spoon into the mold. Square narrow mold (square loaves) coated with butter and bread crumbs and spread the mixture. Bake for an hour and a half at 160 degrees C in the oven.
