kidneys

Kidneys are paired organs of the urinary system.

They are responsible to eliminate toxins from our body.

Every day through our kidneys passes about 200 L of blood to be purified from poisons and toxins.

The kidneys also produce important hormones: erythropoietin, which stimulates the production of red blood cells, renin that regulates blood pressure, and calcitriol.

In our bodies there is already a natural mechanism for cleaning the kidneys.

If you are drinking enough fluids in the form of water, juice or tea, kidneys will clean themselves.

However, sometimes our kidneys need help, and in this case we are talking about the detoxification kidneys with the help of medicinal plants.

In addition to improving their performance and prevents the formation of tartar, cleaning the kidneys can help eliminate toxins from the body, strengthen the immune system, normalize blood pressure and improve the function of the bladder.

Kidney Stones

A kidney stone is a hard substance that is formed from crystals that are deposited from the urine and build up on the inner surfaces of the kidney.

The symptoms of kidney stones are severe pain in the kidneys or lower abdomen.

Kidney stones can cause difficulty in urination, blood in the urine, nausea, vomiting and high fever.

You can reduce the risk of kidney stones if you drink plenty of water and reduce your intake of salt.

People who have already had problems with kidney stones should avoid foods that contain lots of oxalate such as chocolate, okra, sesame and so on.

Recipes for cleaning kidney
Tea made from the seeds of watermelon for kidney stones

Edgar Cayce especially recommends tea made from watermelon seeds to people who have kidney stones. It also helps with stimulation of renal function:

To prepare the tea, you need a tablespoon of seeds of watermelon, which have previously grind or cut up.

Pour the seeds with half a liter of boiling water and allow to cool. Then strain and drink tea immediately. If possible, always prepare fresh tea.

Drink the tea three times a week, and you can drink it several times a day.
Tea made from the seeds of celery (Apium graveolens)

Tablespoon of celery seeds, freshly ground or chop, pour a pint of boiling water and allow to cool.

Strain the tea and drink immediately. If possible, always prepare fresh tea.

Drink the tea at least once a day, three times a week. Do not use this tea if you are pregnant.

Prior to doing anything on your own, even if it is done naturally, you should consult your doctor, run the tests and establish what you really have.
